Would you like to know the status of your Motorkit.com order? Here are the different ways to track your parcel at every stage.
1. Track via your customer account
The easiest way is to log in to your Motorkit.com account:
- Go to motorkit.com and click on My account (top right)
- Log in with your email and password
- Click on Order history and details
- Select the relevant order to view its status and tracking number (if shipped)
2. Track via the shipping confirmation email
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to the carrier’s website
- The carrier used for your delivery
? Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder if you can’t find this email.
3. Which carriers do we use?
Depending on your delivery address and the option selected, your parcel is handled by one of the following carriers:

The correct tracking link is included in your shipping email — no need to search.
4. Understanding your order status
| Status | Meaning |

| Payment accepted | Your payment is confirmed, we are preparing your order |
| Preparing | Our team is gathering your items in our warehouse |
| Shipped | Your parcel has been handed over to the carrier — tracking email sent |
| In transit | The carrier is delivering your parcel |
| Delivered | Your parcel has been delivered |
5. What if I didn’t receive a tracking number?
If your order is marked as "Shipped" but you didn’t receive a tracking email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address linked to your account
- Log in to your account: the tracking number is also available there
If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@motorkit.com with your order number.
6. My tracking number doesn’t work
The tracking number may take up to 24 business hours after shipment to become active. If it still doesn’t work:
- Wait a few more hours
- Make sure you are using the correct carrier website
- Contact support@motorkit.com if the issue persists
7. My parcel seems stuck
If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, possible reasons include:
- Weekend or public holiday
- International transit (especially outside the EU)
- Failed delivery attempt
