3. How much is a point worth?

Voucher usage conditions
- Minimum amount of order to use a voucher: 10 € excl. VAT
- Only one voucher usable per order
- The voucher is usable only by the account holder who generated the points
4. Validity period of points
⏱️ Your loyalty points are valid for 360 days (about 1 year) from their attribution.
Important:
- Each point has its own expiry date
- The oldest points are used first during a conversion
- Expired points are automatically deleted and cannot be recovered

5. What does NOT earn points
⚠️ Not all purchases on motorkit.com generate loyalty points. Are excluded from the calculation:
- ❌ Shipping costs (delivery)
- ❌ Gift cards
The calculation of points concerns only the price of eligible products in your order.
Concrete example
You place an order containing:
- Products: 80 € inc. VAT
- Gift card purchased: 20 €
- Shipping costs: 6,99 €
- Total paid: 106,99 €
→ Points calculation: 80 € / 10 = 8 loyalty points (only on eligible products)
6. When are my points credited?
Loyalty points are credited after effective delivery of your order, and not at the time of payment.
Why this delay?
This rule protects everyone:
- ✅ It avoids the attribution of points on cancelled orders
- ✅ It ensures you have properly received your order
- ✅ It takes into account possible withdrawals within 15 days
Concretely: count a few days after receiving the parcel for your points to appear in your account.
7. How to see my points?

- Click on My loyalty points
- You see:
- The number of available points
- The history of your points (earnings, conversions, expirations)
- The corresponding value in voucher

9. Conditions to benefit from the programme
To benefit from loyalty points, you must:
- ✅ Have a customer account on motorkit.com (no points for guest orders)
- ✅ Be logged in to your account when placing the order
- ✅ That your order is delivered and finalised
10. My points don't appear, what to do?
If after delivery of your order your points are not credited, check:
- You are properly logged in to your account
- The order was indeed placed from your customer account (not in guest mode)
- The order is delivered and not in transit
- The payment is properly finalised (neither pending nor refused)
- The items concerned are not gift cards
If after these checks the points still do not appear, contact us at support@motorkit.com specifying your order number.
